CIMB Niaga Lead 92.7 Million Loan Syndication U.S. Dollar

PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk as the mandated lead arranger along with participating banks syndication, namely PT Bank Mega Tbk and PT Bank Resona Perdania, provide credit facility to PT NAP Info Lintas Nusa (NAP Info) worth 92.7 million U.S. dollars. This credit facility is used to take over financing the construction of fiber-optic cable along the 1055 km from Jakarta to Singapore, called the Matrix Cable System.

The statement was made Vice President Director of Bank CIMB Niaga Cathterine Hadiman, Tuesday (15/12/2009) in Jakarta. NAP Info is the owner of the company’s fiber-optic cable under the sea with a capacity of 2.56 terabytes and has started its commercial activities for the sale of Matrix Cable System since August 2008.

Investment Credit Card “Chip” 7 Million U.S. Dollars

On average, about 7 million U.S. dollars by the banks has poured credit card issuers is Indonesia for investment migration  using a credit card chip technology. This was conveyed by General Manager of Indonesia Credit Card Association (AKKI) Steve Marta. He explained, for the replacement of a credit card to swallow the cost of 25 to 30 U.S. cents. Fast Food Prepare Expansion Fund U.S. $150 Billion

Apparently step PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk (FAST) to spread its wings in 2010 increasingly unstoppable. Companies that have a franchise of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) since 1978 this year, has prepared fund Rp 150 billion to add 30 stores next year.

Director FAST JD Juwono said, with 30 outlets that they would open, Fast Food hoping next year’s sales could grow to 18% -21.4%. Juwono also said that if the majority of investment funds that would be channeled outlets to open a free standing outlets (outlets are stand-alone).

Details, Rp 120 billion to build 20 outlets free standing. For each of these types of outlets, Fast Food needs funds Rp5-Rp 6 billion. Location of outlets, he explained, was in Jakarta and some other provinces.

World Oil Prices Through the U.S. $78

Toward the close of 2009, world crude oil prices continue to rise. Until 20:30 pm yesterday (28/12), WTI oil price for delivery in February 2010 in the United States Mercantile Exchange (USA) rose 0.33% to U.S. $ 78.31 per barrel. If the count since the beginning of this year, oil prices have shot 30%.

The analysts argued, the increase in world oil prices was not free from speculation the global economic recovery. In addition, the decline in U.S. dollar exchange rate some time ago joined lit oil prices.

Japanese Manufacturing Production Increases

Japanese manufacturing sector sprinted through November. In that month, manufacturing output record the highest growth during the last semester. Manufacturing production grew 2.6% per month during November, higher than the monthly growth in October, which is 0.5%.

Increased manufacturing production, announced Japan’s Ministry of Commerce,  also higher than the estimate of financial market participants. In a Bloomberg survey, the average growth forecast of 24 economists was 2.5%. If you read the Japanese Trade Ministry report, the growth of manufacturing output is going to State Sakura continued.
