Despite facing many obstacles, the penguaha textiles and textile products (TPT in the Association of Indonesian Textiles Entrepreneurs (API) is optimistic the textile export target this year amounted to U.S. $ 11 billion will be achieved. Exports are 19.56% higher than the value of textile exports year 2009 yesterday which reached U.S. $ 9.26 billion.

API chairman Benny Soetrisno said that textile exports this year will be more bright line with the improving world economy. In addition, said Benny, the World Cup event will be held this will also impact positively on the textile exports. ”The World Cup will add to our textile orders, from both local and foreign,” Benny said yesterday at the sidelines of the API National Congress.
